Orders are typically processed and handed over to our courier partner within 1 to 2 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Coverage

We deliver strictly islandwide across Sri Lanka.

We operate on a delivery-only basis. Local physical pickups or walk-in storefronts are not available.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched via Koombiyo Delivery, you will receive updates or tracking details so you can follow your package right to your doorstep.
Delays & Issues
While we strive to ensure your purchases arrive on time, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier backlogs, remote area transit logistics, or weather conditions. Trove Colombo is not liable for carrier delays once the package has been handed over to Koombiyo Delivery.
